How it works

Verification method

A four-step verification chain protects every signature we sell.

1. In-person signing

We do not buy signed items from secondary markets. Each piece is signed in person at an arranged signing, often photographed at the moment the pen meets the page.

2. Photographic evidence

Where the signer permits, we retain photographs of the signing event and reference them on the COA.

3. Witness sign-off

A second Autograph Art representative witnesses and signs off the provenance record.

4. Hologram ID tracking

Every piece is fitted with a numbered hologram. The number is logged in our archive and printed on the COA so the piece is verifiable for life.
