14-day return window

You may return any unopened, undamaged piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return

Contact the gallery to arrange a return. We'll issue a return authorisation and instructions. Items must reach us in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

Bespoke commissions

Custom-framed and commissioned pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty items

If a piece arrives damaged or differs from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund.
