A superb piece of British boxing memorabilia, personally hand-signed by former WBC Heavyweight World Champion Frank Bruno.
These striking red, white and blue fight-replica boxing shorts feature “BRUNO” prominently across the waistband, together with WBC and England detailing. Bruno has signed the front of the shorts in black marker and added the inscription:
“Best Wishes – Frank Bruno”
The design recreates the unmistakable style associated with Bruno during his heavyweight career, making these considerably more visually appealing than a generic pair of signed trunks.
Bruno became one of Britain's most popular sporting figures during the 1980s and 1990s, sharing the ring with heavyweight greats including Mike Tyson and Lennox Lewis. His defining moment came at Wembley Stadium on 2 September 1995, when he defeated Oliver McCall on points to finally become WBC Heavyweight Champion of the World.
