& refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Autograph Art. However, if you are not fully satisfied, this policy explains how to return an item.

1. Returns Period

You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

2. Condition of Return

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the Certificate of Authenticity included. Framed and sealed items must not be opened or altered.

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, please email returns@autographart.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item, via the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return postage.

6. Exclusions

Custom or specially commissioned items are non-refundable unless faulty.
